Deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and craniosacral therapy (CST) for injury treatment, pregnancy, relaxation, and general wellness.

             

Craniosacral therapy, or CST, is a gentle and non-invasive technique that works with the various rhythms naturally occurring in the body, as well as with the bones of the head and the spine. Listening with skilled, confident hands and using a very gentle and comforting touch provides an extraordinary opportunity for healing.
